We will also confirm your event location and let you know if a travel fee applies for your area. Once everything checks out, we will finalize the date, time, and location of your event.

At that time, we will ask a few quick questions about your guests, including any accessibility or ergonomic needs, so we can bring the right tools and ensure everyone can participate comfortably.

Please note that Dove Ya provides the fun, not the furniture — clients are responsible for supplying tables, chairs, and adequate event space. If these accommodations aren’t available, we’ll work with you to discuss alternative options.
