How It Works…

Dove Ya Art is a fully mobile art entertainment experience that brings creativity directly to you! Whether it’s a senior home, corporate office, or private event space, Dove Ya is dedicated to making the experience as convenient and enjoyable as possible. 

Session Capacity & Daily Limits

Each session accommodates up to 12 participants, allowing our instructor to provide one-on-one feedback and guidance while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and engaging. Up to four sessions may be hosted per day, for a total of 48 participants, ensuring everyone has a chance to join in the fun. 

Minimum Booking Requirements

mobile art classes require a minimum of 8 participants. This ensures coverage of travel, setup, supplies, and instructional time while keeping prices affordable for our clients. If a group has fewer than 8 participants, they may still book a session by paying the equivalent minimum booking fee of 8 seats.

Distance

Services are available within a 45-mile radius of Diamond Bar, CA. All distances are measured using standard driving routes based on Google Maps. Service locations beyond 45 miles from Diamond Bar, CA are not available at this time.

• 0–20 miles: no travel fee; client covers parking
• 21–45 miles: $25 travel fee (parking included)

Setup & Preparation Details

Your Dove Ya instructor will arrive about 40 minutes before the first class to set up, which typically takes 30 minutes as long as tables and chairs are already in place. Dove Ya brings all materials required for the class you select. Each participant will find a personal art kit at their seat with all the materials needed for the session.

Setup Requirements (Furniture Not Provided)

Dove Ya Art supplies creative materials but does not supply furniture. Clients are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs. We will provide table coverings, and strongly encourage clients to email the shape and dimensions of their tables ahead of time to ensure proper fit and overall event quality.

Multiple Session Scheduling & Breaks

The instructor’s total time on-site depends on the number and duration of classes you’ve booked. For those who pay for multiple sessions, in order to maintain a smooth and enjoyable day, structured breaks are included to maintain flow and event quality:

  • 15 minutes between the first and second session

  • 30 minutes between the second and third session

  • 15 minutes between the third and fourth session

In-Session Experience

During the session, a projection system provided by Dove Ya allows all participants to clearly view the example piece and demonstrations. Select classes include a short presentation about the style or medium being explored that day. At the end of the session, participants will return their art kits to receive a Certificate of Authenticity where they can title, sign and date their creation to accompany their finished artwork as a keepsake. After the final session, our instructor will pack up and head out — leaving behind happy participants, beautiful art, and a little more color in your day.
